Todd has worked in the Medical Equipment industry for over twenty years, beginning with MEDIchair Calgary and next as a manager of MEDIchair Cranbrook & Castlegar. He relocated to Vancouver Island to manage MEDIchair Victoria and while there, Todd moved on to Motion Specialties. He became the Regional Manager and then the Provincial Manager for the territory of British Columbia and Alberta.
In April 2016, Todd returned to Cranbrook to join Mike van der Velden, together starting Xact Installs Ltd., an overhead track Installation company. He is factory trained and certified by every major patient lift manufacturer, including CSA Fundamentals of Infection Control during Construction, Renovation or Maintenance of Health Care Facilities.

Clayton worked in the Construction industry for over fifteen years before joining the Xact Installs crew in 2016 working his way up from junior installer to co-owner in 2019. He relocated from Cranbrook and is heading up the Maple Ridge location. Clayton is the project manager and technician specializing in above ceiling structure for many major sites and renovations in British Columbia.
Clayton is factory trained and certified in Fall Protection, First Aid, Forklifts, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms and WHMIS.
Jay Neff Co-Owner

Jay is a journeyman red seal carpenter who built custom homes for 16 years prior to joining the Xact Installs team in 2020. Jay quickly found interest in the work that Xact Installs provides and became a lead installer within the first year. Jay became an owner of Xact Installs in 2021 while also relocating his family to Calgary from Lloydminster to be more central for work with Xact. Jay manages projects for Xact Installs throughout Alberta.
Jay is trained and certified in Fall Protection, First Aid, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms and WHMIS.
