Jay is a journeyman red seal carpenter who built custom homes for 16 years prior to joining the Xact Installs team in 2020. Jay quickly found interest in the work that Xact Installs provides and became a lead installer within the first year. Jay became an owner of Xact Installs in 2021 while also relocating his family to Calgary from Lloydminster to be more central for work with Xact. Jay manages projects for Xact Installs throughout Alberta. Jay is trained and certified in Fall Protection, First Aid, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms and WHMIS.
